Shipbuilding & ship repair

New shipbuilding, ship conversion and dry docking at the Lintech Seaside Facility — from initial design to sea trial, on a 90 × 250 m slipway with direct access to the water.

Overview

Shipbuilding & Ship Repair

PT Lintech Duta Pratama is a company engaged in steel construction — and alongside it, in the construction of new ships together with ship repair, docking and maintenance. All of this work is carried out at our Lintech Seaside Facility (LSF) at Paciran, Lamongan.

We handle every vessel from initial design through to execution of the project. Design is carried out by experienced naval designers, and every ship refers to the owner's specification and requirements while complying with Class and Rule regulations.

With a slipway roughly 90 metres wide and 250 metres long, backed by a full workshop, we are able to build a wide range of vessel types. Quality is our priority — and we believe everything can be made to happen.

Vessel types we build

  • Tankers & cargo ships
  • Container ships
  • AHTS & tug boats
  • Roro ferries & passenger vessels
  • Fuel oil & coal barges
  • LCT & aluminium patrol boats

What we do

New shipbuilding

Complete new-build construction, from initial design by experienced designers to execution and delivery, referencing owner specification and class rules.

Ship conversion

Structural change to an existing vessel — altering main dimensions or installing thrusters, generators, cranes and winches — including draught increase, flag change, new class notations and IACS class transfer.

Repair & docking

Dry docking on a large slipway with towing winch, plus full workshop support — keeping vessels viable and safe at sea to classification-society requirements.
