Location LSF=Lintech Seaside Facility is located at Paciran Cape, approximately 76 Km or 1 (one) hour travel by car from Lintech’s HeadQuarter at Surabaya.  COORDINATE LSF:  06o – 52’ – 01” SL and 112o – 20’ – 13” EL Fabrication Yard Facilities Recent Condition: LSF have 100m long Jetty with 4-5m water draft, DWT2000/GRT1000 easily can berth in our existing Jetty. It also experienced can transfer one module maximum 100 ton load to LCT/Barge. PT. LINTECH DUTA PRATAMA fabrication facility consists of 65.659sqm of land with 7meters water front complete with 1500tons loading/unloading jetties and 6892sqm covered workshop. The yard area is approximately 16.2acres located on the Paciran Beach, East Java, 80 Km West from Surabaya. The LDP fabrication yard facility to provide full range of fabrication and erection services to the Industrial Plant Companies. Yard had modern facilities and capabilities for fabricate Offshore Platforms, Jacket, Steel structure, Process Equipments and Modularized Process Plants required by Oil and Gas and Petrochemicals Industries, Material Handling Equipment, Boilers and other industrial equipment. WORKSHOP, JETTY AND MARINE LOAD OUT FACILITIES
The Yard is accessible by road, by sea and also by air using helicopter. LSF's fabrication yard is situated on area of 20 hectares, fully equipped with 2500T skid way and jetty for direct receipt of materials or for direct loading to barges/LCTs to service projects within the region or overseas.
